Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Repair & Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things automotive and a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex engine repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnostics of vehicle issues using state-of-the-art equipment
- Provide accurate estimates for repair work
- Repair and replace parts as needed
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functionality
- Communicate effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- ASE certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an auto technician
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
