Bug Defense is currently seeking experienced pest control technicians to join our team. As a member of Bug Defense, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, receive ongoing training, and gain valuable experience in the pest control industry.

Position: Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
• Develop customized treatment plans based on the type of pest and severity of the infestation
• Apply pest control products safely and effectively to eliminate pests
• Educate clients on pest prevention measures to avoid future infestations
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:

• Pest Control License or Certification
• Prior experience in pest control services
• Knowledge of common pests and their behaviors
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
