Job Description
Buildtechz is currently seeking an experienced General Contractor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As a General Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project success
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
