- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Providing guidance and support to clients on all HR-related matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR consulting
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a Management Consultant at Bullseye Engagement, you will play a key role in helping our clients improve their overall business performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive business assessments and analyses

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in management consulting

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
