We are looking for a Storage Facility Manager

Position Overview

The Storage Facility Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our storage facility, including managing rental agreements, overseeing property maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage rental agreements and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Oversee property maintenance and address any issues in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries
• Supervise facility staff and provide training as needed
• Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of all stored items

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facility management or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic computer skills
