Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
Assist with payroll processing and related tax filings
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with clients and team members to address any financial inquiries
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Associate degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
