Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages
• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
• Upsell and promote our products and specials
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
