Position: Gift Shop Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect monogrammed gift or personalized product
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Help with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
• Contribute to team goals by achieving sales targets

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a passion for providing top-notch customer service
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
