Position: Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks
