Position: Flooring Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial flooring market
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business
• Educate clients on different flooring materials and products offered by Business Floor Solutions
• Create and present proposals to potential clients outlining the benefits of our flooring solutions
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless and efficient process for clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products to provide clients with the best possible recommendations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their applications
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
