Party & Event Planners

As a Party & Event Planner at Butter & Company, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then bringing their vision to life. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to determine event requirements
• Creating detailed event plans and timelines
• Coordinating with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders
• Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Ensuring client satisfaction and handling any issues that may arise

Party Planning

Our Party Planning team is vital to the success of Butter & Company. Party Planners are responsible for organizing and executing a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings to elaborate celebrations. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing creative event concepts and themes
• Managing event budgets and ensuring profitability
• Coordinating logistics such as invitations, décor, and entertainment
• Supervising event staff and ensuring smooth operations
• Following up with clients post-event for feedback and future opportunities

Caterers

Our Catering team plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our clients. Caterers at Butter & Company are culinary artists who take pride in creating delicious menus that delight guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Menu planning and development based on client preferences and dietary restrictions
• Food preparation, cooking, and presentation at events
• Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met at all times
• Collaborating with event planners and clients to create seamless dining experiences
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness

Requirements

Successful candidates for positions at Butter & Company will possess the following qualifications:
