Position: Human Resource Consultant

Job Description:

As a Human Resource Consultant at C A J2 Group, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to our clients. You will work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with their organizational objectives. Your role will involve:

• Conducting needs assessments to identify HR challenges and opportunities
• Developing HR strategies and policies to support client goals
• Providing expertise on a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Advising on compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in HR consulting and a track record of delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting roles
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• HR certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus
