We are seeking a talented and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team and help us continue to provide top-notch legal services to our clients. Job Title: Family Law Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and paternity matters
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and options
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to reach fair and favorable settlements
• Appear in court to argue on behalf of clients and advocate for their interests
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the legal process

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing family law
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload and work effectively under pressure
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients
