Position: Loans Specialist

As a Loans Specialist at C2R Capital, you will play a vital role in helping clients secure the funding they need to achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial situations and recommend tailored loan products to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of clients
• Recommend appropriate loan products based on clients’ financial needs
• Assist clients with the application process and provide guidance on required documentation
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely approval and funding of loans
• Monitor loan performance and follow up with clients on repayment schedules
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries from clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in loan processing or underwriting
• Strong understanding of credit and lending principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
