Position: Building Designers

Are you a creative and experienced Building Designer looking to join a dynamic team of professionals? CABE Builders is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team. As a Building Designer at CABE Builders, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial properties, and contribute to shaping the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing design concepts and drawings for new construction projects
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to translate design ideas into tangible plans
• Creating detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction teams
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Participating in project meetings and presenting design proposals to clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building design and planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other design software
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
