Job Title: Garden Center Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with plant selection and provide expert advice on care and maintenance
• Water, prune, and repot plants as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and restocking products
• Process transactions and handle cash and card payments
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a garden center or nursery
• Knowledge of plants, including care and maintenance requirements
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy plants and bags of soil
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
