1. Furniture Designer & Custom Builder

Calico is looking for a creative and skilled Furniture Designer & Custom Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating custom furniture pieces for our customers, ensuring that their vision comes to life in a unique and stylish way. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in furniture design and construction, as well as a passion for creating beautiful and functional pieces for the home.

Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

• Collaborating with customers to understand their design preferences and requirements
• Creating detailed sketches and plans for custom furniture pieces
• Selecting materials and finishes that align with the customer’s vision
• Building and assembling furniture pieces with precision and attention to detail
• Ensuring quality and craftsmanship in all finished products
• Working closely with the design team to bring innovative ideas to life

2. Sales Associate – Furniture Stores

Calico is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our furniture stores. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect furniture pieces for their homes, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home decor, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background.

Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listening to customer needs and offering expert advice on furniture selection
• Providing detailed product information and pricing to customers
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive repeat business
