Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Calliope’s team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking seafood dishes according to restaurant standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Providing exceptional customer service to guests
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a Creole & Cajun restaurant or seafood market
• Knowledge of seafood handling and preparation techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food safety regulations
