• Configuring network hardware and software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer network design
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies

Position: Computer Service & Repair-Business Technician

Do you have a knack for diagnosing and fixing computer hardware and software issues? Are you adept at providing exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Performing hardware and software repairs on computers
• Assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Installing and configuring software applications
• Providing technical support to clients
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with all services provided

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in computer repair or related field
• Proven experience in computer service and repair
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Computer Data Recovery Specialist

Are you skilled in recovering lost or corrupted data from computers and storage devices? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping clients retrieve important information? If so, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Performing data recovery procedures on computers and storage devices
• Diagnosing data loss issues and implementing appropriate solutions
• Working closely with clients to understand their data recovery needs
• Maintaining accurate records of data recovery processes
• Providing support and guidance to clients throughout the recovery process

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
• Certification in data recovery techniques
• Experience in recovering data from a variety of devices
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
