Job Title: General Practice Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on a variety of general practice matters
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and other third parties
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and provide training on legal matters

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar Association
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in healthcare or related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
