Pet Care Specialist

As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our furry guests. Your duties will include supervising playtime, feeding, walking, and providing lots of love and attention to our four-legged friends. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for animals.

Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in ensuring that our pet parents have a positive experience when interacting with Camp Bow Wow West Bellaire. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering inquiries about our services, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Front Desk Coordinator

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our pet parents when they arrive at our facility. Responsibilities include checking pets in and out, coordinating schedules, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be customer service-oriented, and have the ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with animals is preferred
