We are Hiring: Program Manager

Position Summary:

Canal Healthcare Solutions is currently seeking a Program Manager to oversee and lead the implementation of healthcare programs for our clients in the health & welfare clinics, medical clinics, county, and parish government sectors. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating various healthcare initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement healthcare programs in collaboration with clients to address their specific needs and requirements.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of program delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor program performance and outcomes to ensure goals are met and make adjustments as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to program staff to enhance their performance and achieve program objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders to promote collaboration and program sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program management, preferably in the public sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare policy, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities with a focus on detail and outcomes.
