Domestic Violence Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

– Represent clients in domestic violence cases, including restraining orders, divorce proceedings, and child custody disputes
– Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
– Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
– Attend court hearings and trials
– Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Qualifications:

– Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
– Admission to the State Bar
– Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on domestic violence cases
– Strong advocacy skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
