We are currently looking for talented individuals to join our team and help us continue to grow and provide exceptional service to our customers.
Position: Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively present our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our brand
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience in the outdoor advertising or promotional products industry preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of flags, banners, and other promotional products a plus
Position: Graphic Designer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design creative and eye-catching graphics for banners, flags, and promotional products
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop impactful designs
- Ensure all designs meet company branding guidelines and customer specifications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience in graphic design for outdoor advertising or promotional products preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
Position: Production Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and assembly of flags, banners, and promotional products
- Operate machinery and tools to fabricate products according to specifications
- Quality control and inspection of finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in production processes
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
