We are Hiring:

Are you passionate about food and hospitality? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at Captain Benny’s Half Shell. We currently have openings for the following positions:

1. Line Cooks:

– Prepare and cook our delicious Creole, Cajun, and seafood dishes with precision and attention to detail
– Follow recipes and ensure food quality meets our high standards
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
– Work collaboratively with the culinary team to meet the demands of our busy restaurant
– Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates

2. Servers:

– Provide exceptional customer service to our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience
– Knowledge of our menu items, including daily specials and wine selection
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus

3. Bartenders:

– Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine to our guests
– Maintain a clean and organized bar area
– Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
– Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
– Previous bartending experience is preferred
