Are you a culinary professional looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? Captain’s Seafood Kitchen is currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Captain’s Seafood Kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of seafood dishes in accordance with our recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen and be familiar with Creole and Cajun cooking techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including cutting, chopping, and marinating seafood.
• Cook seafood dishes to order, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Work on the line during busy service periods, coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

2. Server

We are also looking for experienced Servers to join our front-of-house team. As a Server at Captain’s Seafood Kitchen, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist them with selecting menu items and beverages.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
