Job Description

As an Investment Analyst at CAPTRUST Financial Advisors, you will play a crucial role in the investment research process, supporting our team of experienced advisors in providing comprehensive investment solutions to our clients. You will assist in conducting due diligence on investment managers, analyzing market trends, and communicating investment recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment managers and strategies
• Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials
• Monitor client portfolios and provide performance analysis
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• CFA designation or progress towards CFA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in investment research or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
