Legal Service Plans Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients enrolled in legal service plans
• Review and analyze legal documents and contracts
• Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in legal service plans
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
