General Contractors
As a General Contractor at Carballo Express, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations on the construction site
- Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining a safe work environment
Home Builders
As a Home Builder at Carballo Express, you will be responsible for constructing new homes and renovating existing properties. Your duties will include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Managing construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensuring that homes are built to code and meet quality standards
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
