Position: Delivery Driver
Job Description
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedules
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Report any incidents or accidents
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy packages and navigate through various delivery routes
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Position: Courier Dispatcher
Job Description
- Receive and dispatch orders for delivery services
- Prioritize orders according to urgency and importance
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and ensure on-time completion
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other departments
- Prepare and maintain records of orders, routes, and dispatch information
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or similar role
- Knowledge of geography and routes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
