Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our medical clinics. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel
- Ensure efficient clinic operations and workflow
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care
- Manage clinic budget and expenses
- Collaborate with physicians and surgeons to optimize patient care
- Oversee marketing and promotion of clinic services
- Address patient concerns and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience in clinic management or healthcare administration
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
