Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client skills, interests, and goals to develop personalized job search strategies
• Provide one-on-one support with resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation
• Coordinate job fairs, workshops, and networking events to connect clients with potential employers
• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses to create job placement opportunities
• Track and report client progress and outcomes to measure program effectiveness

Qualifications:
