Job Title: Locksmith Technician

Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls and assist customers with lock and key-related issues
• Perform lock installations, repairs, and replacements
• Create and duplicate keys for residential, commercial, and automotive clients
• Provide emergency lockout services for homes, businesses, and vehicles
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic access control systems

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a locksmith or in a related field
• Knowledge of various types of locks and security systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
