Position: Sales Associate
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting office furniture and equipment that meet their needs and budget
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers
Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company
Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
Knowledge of office furniture and design concepts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Position: Warehouse Associate
Job Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of office furniture and equipment
Prepare orders for delivery or pickup by assembling and packaging items
Manage inventory levels and keep the warehouse clean and organized
Assist in loading and unloading trucks using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of inventory management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a positive attitude
