Job Title: Marketing Programs & Services Manager

Job Description:

As a Marketing Programs & Services Manager at Carson Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing programs and services for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized marketing strategies to help them achieve their goals. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is able to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to create effective marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing programs and services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client
• Manage the implementation of marketing programs, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing programs to ensure they are achieving desired results
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of marketing programs and services
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for clients
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing programs and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing programs and services
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software tools
• Experience working with clients in a marketing agency setting is a plus
