Job Opportunity: Criminal Law Attorneys

Carter Law, led by prominent attorney Wilvin J. Carter, is seeking experienced and dedicated Criminal Law Attorneys to join our team in providing top-notch legal services to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, including but not limited to DUI, drug offenses, assault, theft, and other criminal charges
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare for trial
• Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and build strong defense strategies
• Negotiate plea bargains and settlements on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Keep abreast of changes in the law and legal trends

Requirements:

• Bar licensed attorney in [insert state(s)]
• Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in criminal law
• Proven track record of successful criminal defense cases
