We are currently hiring for the following position:

Position: Worship Leader

Location: Houston, Texas

Job Description:

As a Worship Leader at Casa de Oracion Houston, you will have the opportunity to lead our congregation in a meaningful and uplifting worship experience. You will be responsible for selecting and arranging music, leading rehearsals, and guiding the congregation in worship during our weekly services. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading others in worship and creating an atmosphere that encourages spiritual growth and connection with God.

Responsibilities:

• Lead worship during weekly church services
• Select and arrange music for worship services
• Coordinate and lead worship team rehearsals
• Work with the pastor and other church leaders to plan and coordinate special services and events
• Provide spiritual support and guidance to church members
• Participate in church leadership meetings and planning sessions

Qualifications:

• Experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
• Strong musical abilities, including vocal proficiency and knowledge of various musical styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for worship and a heart for ministry
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be a committed Christian with a strong faith and desire to serve others
