Job Description:

As a Home Builder at Casabella Homes, you will play a crucial role in the construction of our properties from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that each home is built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Coordinate and work with subcontractors and construction crews
• Ensure that all work meets building codes and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
