Job Title: Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess physical function, mobility, and pain levels
- Develop customized treatment plans based on assessment findings and individual goals
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Valid state licensure as a physical therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a physical therapy clinic preferred
