Job Title: Line Cook

Our kitchen is the heart of Cat Scratch Kitchen, and we are seeking skilled Line Cooks to join our culinary team. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Assisting with food preparation and stocking inventory
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a professional kitchen

Job Title: Bartender

Our bar is a focal point of Cat Scratch Kitchen, and we are looking for talented Bartenders to craft delicious cocktails and provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Monitoring alcohol consumption and enforcing policies
