We are Hiring!

We are currently looking to expand our team and have the following positions available:

1. Fishmonger

As a Fishmonger at Catch of The Day Seafood Restaurant, you will be responsible for handling and preparing a variety of fresh seafood products. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
– Filleting and portioning fish
– Shucking oysters
– Cleaning and maintaining work areas
– Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge

2. Line Cook

We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
– Preparing and cooking seafood dishes
– Following recipes and presentation guidelines
– Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
– Collaborating with the culinary team to create new menu items

3. Server

Our restaurant is looking for dedicated Servers who have a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills. Server responsibilities include:
– Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages
– Providing recommendations on menu items
– Handling cash transactions and processing payments
– Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
