1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes according to established recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
• Clean and maintain kitchen stations

2. Server

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver orders in a timely manner

3. Dishwasher

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with kitchen and dining room cleanliness
• Support the kitchen team as needed
