1. Sales Associate

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle to meet their needs
• Negotiate prices and financing options with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Handle paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
• Stay up to date on current automotive trends and market conditions

2. Automotive Technician

• Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues
• Repair and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot problems
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

3. Parts Specialist

• Assist customers in selecting the right parts for their vehicles
• Order and track inventory to ensure parts availability
• Provide pricing and availability information to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department
• Work with vendors to source quality parts at competitive prices

Requirements

While specific requirements may vary depending on the position, all applicants should possess the following:

General Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused attitude

Position-specific Requirements

For Sales Associates:

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Understanding of automotive financing options
• Valid driver’s license

For Automotive Technicians:

• Certification from an accredited automotive training program
• Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude

For Parts Specialists:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
