1. Bill Paying Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in paying their bills and managing their accounts
• Provide excellent customer service and address any billing inquiries
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
• Maintain customer records and confidentiality
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and customer experience

Qualifications:

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in billing or financial services is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

2. Cellular Telephone Equipment & Supplies Sales Associate

Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for the latest gadgets and devices? Do you enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find the perfect products to suit their needs? If so, we want to hear from you! Cellular & More Inc. is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cellular telephone equipment and supplies
• Provide product recommendations and answer questions about features and functionalities
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cellular phone technology and accessories
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

3. Mobile Device Repair Technician

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for fixing things? Do you have experience repairing mobile devices and restoring them to full functionality? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Cellular & More Inc. is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
• Replace screens, batteries, and other components as needed
• Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality
• Provide estimates and recommendations for repairs
• Stay current on new technology and repair techniques

Qualifications:

• Experience repairing mobile devices
• Technical knowledge of smartphone and tablet components
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
