Position: General Practice Attorney

Cenatiempo & Ditta LLP is a premier law firm based in New York City, specializing in a wide range of legal services. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Practice Attorney to join our dynamic team.

About the Role:

As a General Practice Attorney at Cenatiempo & Ditta LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters, providing clients with comprehensive legal advice and representation. You will be responsible for handling cases across various practice areas, including but not limited to:

• Real Estate Law
• Corporate Law
• Family Law
• Civil Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting legal documents and agreements
• Representing clients in court proceedings
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
• Negotiating settlements and agreements on behalf of clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
