Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of pediatric patients, ranging from infants to adolescents, who may have a variety of developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to promote optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages who may have a wide range of physical challenges, including motor delays, coordination difficulties, and musculoskeletal disorders. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is committed to providing evidence-based, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine treatment goals
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to improve strength, balance, and mobility
• Collaborate with families to develop home exercise programs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and pediatric conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Physician & Surgeon

Are you a Physician or Surgeon with a passion for pediatric medicine? The Center of Developmental Pediatrics is looking for a dedicated physician or surgeon to join our team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to children with developmental disabilities.

As a Physician or Surgeon at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of pediatric patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans. We are seeking a physician or surgeon who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and make accurate diagnoses
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs
• Prescribe medication and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Pediatrics, Neurology, or related specialty
• State medical licensure and DEA registration
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
