Job Title: Flooring Contractor

Job Description

As a Flooring Contractor at Ceramic Installers, you will be responsible for installing ceramic tiles in various settings, including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and commercial spaces. Your role will involve preparing surfaces, measuring and cutting tiles, applying adhesives, grouting, and ensuring the final result meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow installation plans and specifications
• Prepare surfaces and subfloor for tile installation
• Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and in tight spaces
• Apply adhesives and set tiles in place
• Grout tiles and clean up work area
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in ceramic tile installation
• Knowledge of different materials and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation plans
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills
