The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders with a smile
• Prepare and cook food items according to Champ-Burger’s recipes
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and communication skills
• Food handling certification is a plus

Position: Shift Supervisor

Are you a natural leader with a passion for food and hospitality? Champ-Burger is looking for experienced Shift Supervisors to join our team. In this role, you will oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring that all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate team members
• Ensure compliance with Champ-Burger’s policies and procedures
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in the food service industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
