We are Hiring: Lighting Sales Associate

Job Description:

As a Lighting Sales Associate at Champions Lighting, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect lighting fixtures for their homes or businesses. You will utilize your knowledge of our products to provide recommendations and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom, processing transactions, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting lighting fixtures, fans, and other products
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations
• Process transactions and handle cash/credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the lighting industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of lighting products and fixtures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
