We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about food and providing excellent customer service. If you have a love for barbecue and want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Positions Available

We have openings for the following positions:

• Line Cooks
• Servers
• Hosts/Hostesses
• Dishwashers
• Food Runners

Responsibilities

Line Cooks

• Prepares a variety of meats and side dishes according to recipe specifications
• Operates grills, smokers, and other kitchen equipment
• Ensures food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

Servers

• Greets and seats customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Takes customer orders and delivers food and beverages promptly
• Provides exceptional customer service and ensures guest satisfaction

Hosts/Hostesses

• Welcomes guests to the restaurant and manages the seating chart
• Assists servers with refilling drinks and clearing tables
• Handles reservations and incoming calls

Dishwashers

• Washes dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
• Assists with kitchen prep as needed

Food Runners

• Delivers food orders to tables in a timely and accurate manner
• Assists servers with refilling beverages and clearing tables
• Ensures all orders are complete and correct before delivering to guests

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
